I've designed various sub-classes for D&D which I have enjoyed playing myself and wanted to share with the world!

Each subclass will have a Core Feature Preview so you can get an idea of the subclass feel, but to unlock the full subclass you'll need to purchase it.

Druid Subclass

The Circle of the Bowsong is a combat focused Druid which specialises in the use of short ranged weapons like crossbows and shortbows while also remaining deadly with the use of daggers.

Core Feature Preview: Bowsong
The art of the bowsong is that which is both feared by their enemies and revered as an artform. As an action, you can expend a use of your Wild Shape feature to enter a bowsong rather than shape-shifting. While in your Bowsong, it graces you with supernatural speed, agility, and focus granting you the following benefits:

  • Your walking speed increases by 10 feet

  • You have advantage on Dexterity (Acrobatics) checks.

  • You don’t suffer disadvantage when you make a ranged weapon attack while a hostile creature is within 5ft of you.

  • As a bonus action on your turn, you can make a ‘Quickshot’ which is an extra attack with your shortbow or hand crossbow, to which you don't add your ability modifier.

Your Bowsong lasts until the end of your next turn, and it ends early if you become incapacitated. If your Bowsong is still active on your next turn, you can extend your Bowsong for another round by doing one of the following:

  • Make a Quickshot against an enemy

  • Move at least 20ft

Each time your Bowsong is extended, it lasts until the end of your next turn. You can maintain your Bowsong for up to 10 minutes.
